In which areas can I get Clear Silk?

aging, uneven texture or tone problems. The most common areas include:
- Face
- Neck
- Neckline
- Hands
Procedure
How does it work?
Clear Silk uses a specific wavelength laser(Nd:YAG laser) that gently heats the deeper layers of the skin. This heating stimulates:
- Collagen production: Helps improve skin firmness and elasticity
- Microcirculation: Reduces redness, such as that caused by rosacea or small dilated vessels.
- Cell renewal: Increases natural radiance and evens out skin tone
Care after treatment
After a Clear Silk treatment, it’s important to follow some specific precautions to protect the skin and ensure the best results. Although this procedure is non-invasive and has little or no recovery time, the skin may be more sensitive in the first hours or days after treatment. It is important to:
- Use sun protection
- Moisturizing the skin
- Avoid saunas, hot baths and intense physical exercise
- Avoid scrubs or abrasive cosmetics
- Avoid wearing make-up for the first 24 hours after treatment
Sessions
Several sessions are required, depending on the area treated and the desired goals, but generally 3 to 6 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart. After completing the initial treatment, maintenance sessions can be carried out every 3 to 6 months, depending on the skin’s needs and daily care routine.
Contraindications
This treatment is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients whose skin receives a lot of sun exposure, patients taking photosensitizing drugs, patients with severe inflammatory acne, eczema, psoriasis or infections in the treated area and patients with autoimmune diseases.
