Case description
A male patient, who regularly practiced physical activity, complained of accentuated dynamic expression lines in the glabellar and frontal regions, particularly evident during contraction of the frontal muscle when raising the eyebrows and in the periocular region when smiling.
Treatment carried out
Botulinum toxin was administered to the frontal region in order to attenuate dynamic expression lines and prevent their progression into accentuated static wrinkles, considering the marked muscle activity observed during facial mimicry.
